Our Party Policies:

 

~$50 non-refundable deposit is required to book.

~Your deposit will apply to your final bill as long as all policies are followed.

~Evening parties are NOT recommended for young children.

~A guest list MUST be presented upon arrival to the party.  Click here for guest list template:  Guest List Template

~There is a 20 guest limit for all parties booked during open session.  Please be mindful we do not have extra room for many adult spectators.  If you're looking to have more than 20 guests or a large number of adults, please call us for private party availability.

~Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time of your party.

~Arrival and serving times are planned in advance, and will not be adjusted for late arrivals.

~Parties arriving 15+ minutes late to their party will forfeit their $50 deposit and possibly their party space.

~Payment the day of the party must be cash or credit. NO CHECKS!

~Cake/Cupcakes may be brought in with a scheduled party. No other outside food or drink is permitted.

~There are no substitutions to party packages.

~No confetti, silly string, loose glitter, or pinatas are permitted.

~Please note, paper products are not supplied for adult spectators. 

~Party table space is only provided for paid party guests. Seating for adult spectators is very limited, and may not be available at all.

~Excessive Mess Policy - If excessive mess is found in your party area from cake smashing, icing fights, confetti, silly string, loose glitter, pinatas, etc, your $50 deposit will not be deducted from your bill on the day of the party.

~Adults must accompany any skate mates rented on the skating floor at all times. This ensures the safety of your children, as well as everyone around them.

~Parties must vacate their party table within 15 minutes of their party ending. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the $50 deposit.
